1) Can my order be customised?

Yes, just send a message in the contact us page to get it processed. Not all wigs can be customised, you will be advised if possible or not.

2) How long will it take to get my wig?

Processing time is 7 - 10 working days and shipping is 1-2 working days. You should receive your wig(s) within 14 days. You will be updated via email.

3) Are the wigs human hair or synthetic?

All Wigs are 100% human hair unless stated on the product description.

4) Can you revamp my wig?

Yes of course! just send us a message on our contact you page!

5) How do I care for my wig?

When not in use, store your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape and wash only when necessary.

6) Should I own more than one wig?

Yes! We have a variety to choose from to suit any style or look.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event where you are not satisfied with our product, please ensure that you meet the following before attempting to process a return.

  • Please ensure that you have a wig cap on when trying out the wigs, this is to ensure that hygiene is not compromised.
  • The tags must not be removed from any of the pieces when trying on.
  • The wig has not been worn, styled, brushed and must be returned with all the original packaging
  • The wig must not have any contact with food smells, hair spray, perfume or cigarette odours.
  • Every order is cancelled within 14 calendar days of signing for the goods. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued after 14 calendar days.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • International Orders
  • Wigs placed on special order, specifically for you

Prior to any return, you MUST contact us. Instructions on how to process the refund will be communicated with you. This must be obtained before any item can be returned. Please call us on 07429 534 943.

We recommend that you send the parcel via a recorded or special delivery service. Bomi Hair cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return carriage of the goods.

If a client repeatedly returns products, Bomi Hair reserves the right not to supply future goods to the individual concerned.
